We are seeking a dedicated Support Specialist to join our team at Gregory Dube, working closely with vulnerable populations in a dynamic and supportive environment. This role requires a strong ability to provide emotional support, promote independence, and facilitate community involvement.
About the Role- This position is a full-time opportunity, requiring a commitment to working on-site at our location. We prioritize face-to-face interaction and value the importance of building strong relationships with our clients.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing personal care and support services to individuals in need, prioritizing their well-being and dignity.
- Assisting with daily tasks, promoting autonomy, and encouraging participation in community activities.
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting as required.
