The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and apparel sourcing, with a proven track record of negotiating competitive pricing, building strong partnerships with buyers and suppliers, and managing client relationships effectively.

About the Role

As Outside Sales Manager - Apparel, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to expand our market presence and drive business growth
  • Conducting face-to-face sales calls, educating clients on our products, and providing solutions to meet their needs
  • Negotiating with buyers to secure competitive pricing and terms
  • Leveraging your sourcing experience to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports to ensure seamless communication and collaboration within the team

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A North American undergraduate degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, marketing, or fashion)
  • Minimum 5 years of sales and apparel sourcing experience, with a proven track record of success in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of the apparel industry, including suppliers in China, Bangladesh, and Vietnam
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Frequent travel, ability to sit for extended periods, and occasional lifting of items up to 50lbs

What We Offer

We offer a competitive base salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, a high commission structure, comprehensive benefits package, opportunities for professional development, and a supportive work environment.
