Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality, continuous, and comprehensive healthcare to individuals and families across all ages, genders, diseases, and body systems.
- Develop and manage treatment plans for acute and chronic diseases, ensuring effective patient outcomes.
- Educate patients on disease prevention and health maintenance, promoting healthy lifestyles and wellness.
- Conduct routine check-ups, assessments, and vaccinations, staying up-to-date with the latest medical guidelines and best practices.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and staff to provide coordinated care, ensuring seamless patient transitions and optimal health outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records for all patients, adhering to strict confidentiality and data protection protocols.
- Certification by the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CFPC) and the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Commitment to ongoing medical education, staying current with the latest medical research, guidelines, and best practices.
- Ability to manage a diverse range of health issues in patients of all age groups, with a strong focus on patient-centered care.
- High standards of discipline, punctuality, courtesy, ethics, and compassion, with a strong moral compass and a patient-centered approach.
- Respect from colleagues and patients, working in a collaborative and supportive environment.
- All billing and submission of paperwork handled by the clinic, ensuring a seamless and efficient administrative process.
