Development Manager Opportunity

Chard Development Ltd. is seeking a skilled Development Manager to oversee the success of their projects. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing schedules, budgets, and deliverables. Your strong communication skills will be essential in liaising with municipalities, politicians, and the community to ensure project support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee project schedules, budgets, and key deliverables
  • Craft and execute project plans, secure approvals, and manage budgets
  • Liaise with municipalities, politicians, and the community to ensure project support
  • Oversee consultants, contractors, and trades to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Prepare and analyze financial proformas to achieve profitability

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of development experience in multi-family residential rentals and mixed-use developments
  • Experience in every stage of the development cycle, including occupancy and deficiency
  • Strong planning, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Understanding of contracts and contractor management
