Hasty Market is seeking a Senior Retail Operations Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail stores, ensuring seamless customer experiences and maximizing sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign tasks to sales staff and monitor their performance
  • AUTHORIZE merchandise returns and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner
  • Create work schedules that meet business needs while ensuring adequate staffing levels
  • Sell products to customers and provide excellent customer service
  • Analyze sales data and prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
  • Resolve issues promptly, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure efficient stockroom operations
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience required
  • Permanent employment with 7 months to less than 1 year of experience preferred
  • Fluency in English language required
  • Ability to work 30-40 hours per week
Estimated Salary:

$60,000 - $80,000 per annum based on experience and location
