Job Opportunity

We are seeking an individual to join our team at B.C. LTD. as a Retail Stocking Associate. This permanent position requires 35-40 hours of work per week, and fluency in English is essential.

About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing inventory levels, pricing items correctly, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. They will also participate in diversity and cross-cultural training programs to promote inclusivity within the workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct customers to products they seek.
  • Unpack received stock, count, weigh, or sort items accordingly.
  • Order stock when necessary.
  • Record incoming stock quantities.
  • Stock shelves and display areas efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy stockroom.
  • Price items using stickers according to the price list provided.
  • Perform general cleaning duties such as sweeping and mopping floors.


Salary Information:
The estimated annual salary for this role is approximately $30,000 - $40,000 CAD, based on industry standards and market rates for similar positions in retail environments. Please note that this figure is not inclusive of any potential benefits that may be offered by the employer.
