Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

Job Summary: We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team at FAS Consulting Group Ltd. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, operating a cash register, and processing transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Stock shelves and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Process returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide a positive customer experience.

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of retail sales experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
