Residential Construction Quality Assurance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Residential Construction Quality Assurance Technician to join our dynamic team at Adams Limitless Inc. in Stayner, ON.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess and address reported deficiencies in new homes post-closing
- Conduct repairs and touch-ups both inside and outside the home
- Perform inspections at various stages (30-day, 6-month, 1-year, and 2-year) and carry out necessary work
- Collaborate daily with the Director of Customer Service or Customer Service Representatives to review completed work and coordinate with trades for upcoming tasks
- Maintain a clean and respectful working environment ensuring positive interactions with homeowners
- At least 5 years of experience in residential construction with a strong grasp of construction principles, procedures, and technical drawings
- Proven hands-on experience in multiple trades (carpentry, drywall, painting, etc.) and familiarity with various tools and equipment
- Strong ability to communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners and team members
- Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player
- Must have a valid driver's license, own vehicle, and a set of basic hand and power tools
- Current safety certifications or a willingness to obtain them
- Bonus: Knowledge of the Tarion Performance Guidelines is a plus
