Restaurant Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Subway. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of employees to achieve our goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage daily restaurant operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and customer service.
- Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Cost products and services, and balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms.
- Provide customer service, address customer complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Organize and maintain inventory, and ensure that all products are stocked and displayed properly.
- Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the food service industry.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
