About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Coordinator to join our team at the Completion Center. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate maintenance activities with technicians, customers, and plant engineering teams.
  • Prepare daily summaries and handovers to ensure seamless communication.
  • Monitor and adhere to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to optimize maintenance efficiency.
  • Assign work orders to technicians and prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance.
  • Consolidate inputs from various sources and coordinate work according to priorities.
  • Communicate action plans and follow-up with customers and stakeholders.
  • Conduct pre- and post-intervention operational checks to ensure quality and safety standards.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement to support the company's preventive maintenance vision.
  • Monitor KPIs and manage discrepancy management to ensure optimal maintenance outcomes.
  • Perform Potential Impact Reviews (PIRs) and write work permits as required.
  • Assist and support the maintenance leader in achieving team goals.

Requirements

  • Secondary degree or equivalent.
  • 2-5 years of experience in maintenance coordination or a related field.
  • Excellent leadership and customer service skills.
  • Bilingual French and English, both written and oral.
  • Ability to manage time effectively in a high-volume job environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Project suite and experience with ERP modules (Maximo).
