Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the coordination of maintenance activities for equipment and facilities during the evening shift.
  • Facilitate communication among technicians, clients, engineering teams, and planners.
  • Compile daily summaries and manage handovers effectively.
  • Ensure adherence to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Distribute work orders to technicians based on priority.
  • Consolidate inputs from various sources and prioritize tasks for short-term, daily, and weekly execution.
  • Communicate action plans and follow up with clients and stakeholders regarding work notifications.
  • Conduct pre and post-intervention operational assessments.
  • Identify and recommend improvements to enhance the company’s preventive maintenance strategy.
  • Monitor KPIs closely and address any discrepancies.
  • Perform potential impact reviews (RIPs).
  • Draft work permits as required.
  • Provide assistance and support to the maintenance leadership.
  • Actively engage in departmental meetings to address ongoing issues.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Possesses a secondary or DEP degree.
  • Brings 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Exhibits strong leadership qualities.
  • Demonstrates excellent customer service skills.
  • Is bilingual in French and English, both written and spoken.
  • Can effectively manage time in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Has a solid understanding of the MS Project suite.
  • Is experienced with ERP systems, specifically Maximo.
