Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an Equipment Rental Coordinator at Cooper Equipment Rentals Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating the rental of construction equipment to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process rental requests and communicate with customers to ensure timely delivery of equipment.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and communicate with staff to ensure efficient inventory control.
  • Process new rental contracts and coordinate with the service department to ensure equipment is properly maintained and repaired.
  • Coordinate with drivers to arrange delivery of equipment to customer job sites.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues that may arise during the rental process.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in the construction equipment rental industry.
  • Valid G driver's license is an asset.
  • Self-starter with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.
  • Knowledge of computer systems and ability to learn new software.
  • Available to work overtime when required.
