Retail Store Manager

Ultramar Gas Station is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our store, including supervising sales staff, managing inventory, and maintaining a high level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, ensuring they are meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate records.
- Authorize returns and resolve customer complaints in a fair and timely manner.
- Prepare sales reports and other data to help inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and achieve business objectives.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Reliability and dependability.
This is a permanent position with a 33 to 35 hour workweek. The language of work is English.
