Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Reliability Engineering Specialist to join our team at IMP Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing a full spectrum of Reliability Engineering and Logistics Support Analysis (LSA) solutions for various IMP contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Determine the most effective Reliability Centered Maintenance tools and apply them effectively to improve maintenance efficiency.
  • Improve and automate existing Failure Reporting and Corrective Action Systems to enhance maintenance processes.
  • Develop and update Preventive Maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and optimize maintenance costs.
  • Perform Life Cycle Costs Analyses and Cost Benefit Analyses to make informed recommendations.
  • Conduct System Safety Assessments for fleet modification projects to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering with a strong understanding of electrical systems.
  • A minimum of 5 years of engineering experience with a minimum of 3 years specializing in reliability engineering.
  • Proven ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Professional qualifications such as CMRP or CRE are considered an asset.
  • Experience in failure analysis, System Safety Assessments, and RAMS modeling is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in software tools such as Windchill Quality Solutions, Omega PS, and Omega PS Analyzer is an asset.
  • Demonstrated commitment to Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment policies and procedures.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives.
