Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at SUCH A GOOD SUPPLY CHAIN INC. as a Logistics Planner.
Key Responsibilities- Compile and analyze orders and instructions received from customers to ensure accurate and timely processing.
- Develop and implement operational logistics plans to optimize efficiency and productivity within the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate activities and ensure seamless communication.
- Monitor and track the movement of supplies and materials between departments to identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with warehouse and production units to ensure smooth operations and meet customer demands.
- Compile and review worksheets and specifications of orders to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Consult with production supervisors to schedule production runs in a cost-effective and time-efficient manner.
- Assign and review work to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
- Process and transmit information and instructions to coordinate the activities of vehicle operators and crews using dispatching equipment.
- Schedule assignments and coordinate activities of vehicle operators, crews, and equipment to ensure optimal resource allocation.
- Strong client focus and excellent oral communication skills.
- Highly organized and reliable with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues.
- Accurate and efficient in processing information and completing tasks.
- Free parking available on site.
- Permanent full-time position with 40 hours per week.
- Work language: English.
