Job Summary: As a Product Demonstrator with Brand Momentum, you will have the opportunity to engage with customers, promote products, and provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and conduct in-store sampling events to highlight featured products.
  • Actively engage with customers, providing product information and encouraging purchases.
  • Understand the brands and products to communicate their benefits effectively.
  • Setup and cleanup of product displays and follow food safety protocols.
  • Direct interested customers to the correct aisles for purchases.
  • Comply with company and store guidelines, ensuring demonstrations meet safety standards.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Sales-driven with a proactive approach to promoting products.
  • Positive, energetic, lively, and charismatic.
  • Previous retail, promotions, or customer service experience is preferred (training provided).
  • Previous hands-on experience in brand marketing and customer engagement would be an asset.

Work Environment:

  • In-store work during peak shopping hours (evenings and weekends).
  • Branded uniforms will be provided.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
