About the Role

Brand Momentum is seeking a highly motivated Product Demonstrator to join our team. As a Product Demonstrator, you will play a key role in promoting our products and engaging with customers in-store.


Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and conduct in-store product sampling events to showcase featured products.
  • Actively engage with customers, providing product information and encouraging purchases.
  • Understand our brands and products to communicate their benefits effectively.
  • Set up and maintain product displays while following food safety protocols.
  • Direct interested customers to the correct aisles for purchases.
  • Ensure demonstrations meet safety standards by adhering to company and store guidelines.

Requirements
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Sales-driven with a proactive approach to promoting products.
  • Positive, energetic, lively, and charismatic personality.
  • Previous retail, promotions, or customer service experience is preferred (training provided).
  • Previous hands-on experience in brand marketing and customer engagement would be an asset.

Work Environment

In-store work during peak shopping hours, including evenings and weekends. Branded uniforms provided.

Must be comfortable rotating between locations and standing for extended periods, lifting up to 25 lbs.


Locations

Calgary, rotating between 1110 57th Ave NE and 35 Sage Hill Gate NW.


Compensation and Benefits

Hourly Wage: $18.00/hour. Schedule: Fridays 3-9PM, Saturdays and Sundays 2-8PM, possible weekday shifts. Total Hours: 18-30 hours/week.
