Key Responsibilities- Plan and implement menus that meet the needs of our customers and align with our company's culinary vision.
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including special meals for patients with dietary restrictions.
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food preparation and presentation.
- Manage inventory and supplies, and maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment.
- Clean and maintain kitchen and work areas to ensure a safe and healthy environment.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work a 30 to 40 hour workweek.
The successful candidate will work in a dynamic and fast-paced kitchen environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.
