Job Title: Family Caregiver and Household Manager

We are seeking a reliable and caring individual to join our family as a live-in caregiver and household manager.

About the Job:

  • Assume full responsibility for managing the household in the absence of parents, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our children.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our home.
  • Travel with our family on trips and assist with child supervision and housekeeping duties, providing a seamless experience for everyone involved.
  • Wash, iron, and press clothing and household linens, keeping our belongings clean and well-maintained.
  • Bathe, dress, and feed infants and children, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development, teaching them essential life skills.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home, adhering to strict non-smoking and scent-free policies.
  • Organize activities such as games and outings for children, ensuring they have a fun and engaging experience.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, considering dietary restrictions and preferences.
  • Prepare infants and children for rest periods, establishing a soothing and relaxing atmosphere.
  • Supervise and care for children, providing a nurturing and supportive environment.
  • Take children to and from school and to appointments, facilitating their educational and extracurricular activities.
  • Tend to the emotional well-being of children, offering guidance and support when needed.

Target Audience: We are looking for an experienced caregiver who can supervise and care for a multi-aged group of children.

Additional Information:

  • Criminal record check is required for this position.
  • Public transportation is available, and travel expenses will be paid by the employer.
  • The job involves lifting up to 23 kg (50 lbs) at times.
