Orangetheory Fitness 10011 is a dynamic and fast-growing fitness studio that offers a unique and engaging workout experience. We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Fitness Sales Representative to join our team.

Job Summary

The Fitness Sales Representative will be responsible for selling memberships to new and existing clients, promoting the benefits of Orangetheory Fitness, and providing exceptional customer service. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales-driven individual who is passionate about fitness and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales and Marketing
    • Meet and exceed sales targets by selling memberships to new and existing clients
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to promote the benefits of Orangetheory Fitness
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute marketing campaigns
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, including answering questions and addressing concerns
    • Ensure that clients have a positive experience at the studio
  • Studio Operations
    • Assist with studio operations, including cleaning and maintaining the studio
    • Help with events and promotions

Requirements

  • Education
    • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience
    • 1-2 years of sales experience in the fitness industry preferred
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong sales and marketing skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
