We are a reputable restaurant seeking a skilled and experienced chef to lead our kitchen team. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of our menu items, ensuring high-quality standards and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Development: Collaborate with our culinary team to design and implement new menu items, ensuring they meet our high standards of taste, presentation, and nutritional value.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and train kitchen staff, including cooks, sous chefs, and kitchen assistants, to ensure they are equipped to deliver exceptional results.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring we maintain optimal levels and minimize waste.
  • Cleanliness and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations and ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all menu items are prepared to the highest standards, and that customers receive exceptional service and attention to detail.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Work Setting: Willing to relocate, relocation costs covered by employer
  • Work Language: English
