We are seeking a skilled Millwright Technician to join our team at Western Forest Products. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our machinery and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:- Machine Maintenance
- Perform routine maintenance work on machinery to ensure optimal performance and extend its lifespan.
- Mechanical Assembly
- Assemble mechanical equipment according to blueprints and specifications.
- Troubleshooting
- Detect and troubleshoot irregularities and malfunctions in machinery and equipment.
- Repair and Replacement
- Repair or replace defective machinery parts to minimize downtime and optimize production.
- Education and Experience
- Other trades certificate or diploma in a relevant field.
- Experience an asset, but not required.
- Certifications and Licenses
- Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) Red Seal Endorsement.
