Key Responsibilities:- Community Building: Develop and execute strategies to grow and engage our user group community, including meetups, conferences, and webinars.
- User Group Strategy: Continuously refine and optimize our approach to elevate user group participation and drive deeper community connections.
- Leadership & Advocacy: Empower and support user group leaders, providing them with the resources and guidance needed to succeed.
- Content & Communication: Partner with the User Advocacy Program Evangelist to craft compelling content that showcases the success of user groups and drives excitement for upcoming events.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Align with internal teams, including product, marketing, and sales, to ensure consistency in messaging and execution.
- Metrics & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators, providing regular reports on program success and areas for improvement.
- External Engagement: Represent the company at industry events, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
- Expansion & Outreach: Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the user group program, launching and supporting new groups in collaboration with clients and partners.
Requirements:
- Experience: Prior experience in an advocacy role within technology.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and inspire, with experience in managing and growing communities.
- Communication: Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with diverse audiences.
- Project Management: Strong project management abilities, with a disciplined approach to achieving goals.
