Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in Los Angeles, CA. This on-site position requires excellent communication skills, patience, and problem-solving abilities to provide top-notch customer service through inbound calls, outbound calls, and email correspondence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to and resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Communicate with customers via email, phone, and live chat to address various issues
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our clothing and product lines, as well as current promotions
  • Assist in receiving and preparing incoming ecommerce merchandise for shipment
  • Provide product details to the Ecommerce team to enhance online product descriptions
  • Manage inventory for our growing Accessories and Home Goods categories
  • Document product defects and provide feedback to Shipping and Buying departments
  • Collaborate with all departments to address defective and unacceptable merchandise
  • Offer suggestions to improve team processes and efficiencies
  • Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries and requests
  • Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns
  • Work with the Ecommerce team on related initiatives and activities
Candidate Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience with Shopify Plus, Freshdesk, Five9, or similar ticket systems is preferred
  • Quality control or assurance experience is a plus
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Self-motivated with the ability to learn new tasks quickly
  • Ability to empathize with and prioritize customer needs
  • Ability to determine customer needs and provide solutions
  • Highly motivated, energetic, and upbeat personality
  • Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
