Job Description
We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our logistics department, you will be responsible for coordinating daily operations, ensuring seamless communication with internal teams, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support and sales assistance to internal and external customers
- Prepare customer quotes, handle incoming calls, and respond to emails in a timely manner
- Maintain long-term relationships with internal and external customers
- Monitor customer service expectations and resolve issues efficiently
- Manage customer-specific inventory needs and provide technical assistance
- Process sales orders, enter return orders, credits, and debits as required
- Review product inventory and report concerns to management
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and V-Lookup
- Bilingualism in French and English
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of previous customer service experience
- Solid math and computer skills beyond basic level
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
