Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Services Assistant to join our team at Khela Excavating Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, managing office operations, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to senior management and staff, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing meeting minutes.
  • Manage office supplies, maintain inventory, and oversee payroll administration.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, book reservations, and set up information filing systems.
  • Perform data entry, provide customer service, and respond to electronic enquiries.
  • Recruit and hire staff, and advise senior management on administrative matters.

Requirements

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Conditions

  • 40 hours per week.
  • Permanent position.
  • English language required.
