- Supervise and coordinate the activities of our kitchen staff, including cooks and kitchen helpers.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
- Menu Planning and Execution
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and ensure that our kitchen is well-stocked at all times.
- Work with our culinary team to develop and implement new menu items and specials.
- Quality Control and Customer Service
- Ensure that all food and beverages meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Administrative Tasks
- Prepare and submit reports on kitchen operations, including inventory management and sales data.
- Manage kitchen budgets and costs to ensure that we are operating efficiently and effectively.
- Education and Experience
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.

- Fast-paced kitchen environment with hot temperatures and odors.

- Standing for extended periods and physically demanding work.
