About Dr. Shawarma and Curries House

We are a dynamic and fast-paced food service establishment dedicated to serving high-quality cuisine to our customers. As a Kitchen Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Handling
    • Prepare and portion food items for service
    • Handle and store food products in a clean and sanitary manner
  • Cleaning and Sanitation
    • Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces
    • Ensure a clean and organized kitchen environment
  • Supply Management
    • Receive, unpack, and store supplies in designated areas
    • Monitor and maintain inventory levels
  • Waste Management
    • Remove kitchen garbage and trash in a timely manner
  • General Kitchen Duties
    • Perform other kitchen-related tasks as assigned by management
Requirements
  • Education
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Experience
    • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service environment
  • Language
    • English language proficiency required
Work Environment

As a Kitchen Assistant at Dr. Shawarma and Curries House, you will work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks. You will be required to work under pressure to meet the demands of our kitchen.
