Job Overview

As an Advanced Analytical Scientist - Method Development, you will play a crucial role in developing and validating analytical methods for environmental samples, ensuring the highest-quality testing services and personalized solutions supported by local expertise.

About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for method development of extraction and instrumental methods to meet critical deadlines, method optimization of extraction and instrumentation methods, and independently researching new methods and method improvements. You will also identify areas for potential improvement, bring new tests online, including method validation to support accreditation, provide competent training to other analysts, and assist in creating and archiving initial method validation files.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of organics sample prep, SPE, HPLC, LC-MS, and LC-MS/MS method development and validation. Experience with PFAS analysis in environmental samples is preferred. Additionally, you must have strong computer skills, excellent English communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
