We are seeking a highly skilled Onboarding Coordinator to join our team at Softworks Group. As an Onboarding Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of our core product, AlinityTM, and its features.
  • Deliver training sessions to customers using webinars and one-on-one online training.
  • Collaborate with our technical writer to create and refine training resources.
  • Manage the scheduling of the training process and coordinate with the technical team to provide clients with an exceptional end-to-end implementation and onboarding experience.
  • Apply your business acumen to develop a deep understanding of customer requirements and create training scenarios that closely match customer scenarios.
  • Work with the technical team to identify gaps in functionality that may need to be addressed through customization of the product.
  • Provide supplemental training to customers as needed after the onboarding process.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience working in a similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset, dedicated to delivering exceptional service and value to customers.
  • Proven ability to build strong working relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong technical aptitude and proficiency with software applications, databases, and related technologies.
  • Experience in any regulatory field would be a plus.
