Job Title: Human Resources Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team at Cellular Point. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our company's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process to ensure that we attract and retain top talent.
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and employee communications.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Manage benefits administration, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits.
  • Conduct employee surveys and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement diversity and inclusion initiatives to promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement business strategies that align with our company's goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a retail or wholesale environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
