Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team at 1359238 Ontario INC. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business growth and improve employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain effective HR policies and procedures
  • Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management
  • Provide strategic HR advice to senior management
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
