Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team at Kingfisher Oceanside Resort & Spa Ltd. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to a high standard.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to a high standard.
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization.
  • Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and high-quality food.
Requirements
  • Education: Other trades certificate or diploma.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years, or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 kg and stand for long periods.
