Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Advisor to join our team at Royal Bank of Canada. As a key member of our commercial banking team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional financial advice and guidance to our clients, helping them achieve their business goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities and providing tailored financial solutions to meet their needs.
  • Conduct thorough financial analysis and risk assessments to provide informed advice and guidance to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement effective business strategies and solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, ensuring that clients receive the latest information and insights to inform their business decisions.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in commercial lending and relationship management, preferably in a banking or financial services environment.
  • Post-secondary diploma or degree in commerce, business administration, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated success in business development, with a strong track record of acquiring new clients and growing existing relationships.
  • Excellent financial analysis and risk assessment skills, with the ability to communicate complex information to clients in a clear and concise manner.
