Food Operations Manager

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Food Operations Manager to join our team at Little Caesars Pizza.
Job Summary:
The Food Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and implement methods to meet work schedules, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that all employees are aware of their responsibilities and the importance of maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we always have the necessary stock to meet customer demand.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Address customer complaints or concerns, providing a positive and supportive experience for all customers.
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights into our operations and identifying areas for improvement.
- Prepare and submit reports, providing regular updates to management on the performance of the food service department.
Requirements:
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
- On-site work only, with no option to work remotely.
- High school graduation certificate.
Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
