About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Authentic Cuisine of India Ltd. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management
    • Monitor revenues to determine labour costs and make informed decisions to optimize profitability.
    • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms.
  • Staff Management
    • Supervise staff and provide guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting their job requirements.
    • Conduct performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and provide feedback to staff.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
  • Operations Management
    • Plan and organize daily operations to ensure that the restaurant is running efficiently and effectively.
    • Set staff work schedules to ensure that the restaurant is adequately staffed at all times.
  • Supervision
    • Supervise 5-10 people, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
    • Work under pressure to meet deadlines and ensure that the restaurant is running smoothly.
    • Stand for extended periods and be physically able to lift and move heavy objects.
  • Other Benefits
