Job Summary


We are seeking a skilled Data Quality and Reporting Specialist to join our team at Family and Children's Services Niagara. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data, developing reports to inform business decisions, and providing exceptional customer service to our staff.

Responsibilities


In this role, you will:



  • Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data to identify trends and patterns
  • Develop and maintain accurate and reliable data systems and processes
  • Design and create reports to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our staff, responding to their questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in data quality and reporting

Requirements


To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • A post-secondary diploma in Business Administration or related field
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in data quality and reporting, preferably in a social services or healthcare setting
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze complex data
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Access
  • Knowledge of statistical software packages, such as SPSS
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high degree of autonomy and flexibility
