Are you looking for a challenging role in quality assurance? We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at TRIGO Global Quality Solutions.

About the Job:

We offer a competitive salary of $17.40 per hour, which is reflective of the current market rate and location (St'thomas ON). As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet the required quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as an impartial third party between the production source and the customer facility to ensure the product meets set criteria;
  • Check/inspect manufactured parts or products for defects;
  • Read and follow work instructions and general processes;
  • Use measuring or testing equipment as needed;
  • Ensure products meet quality standards;
  • Display excellent customer service;
  • Must comply with local and company Health & Safety legislation, laws, and policies;
  • Collect and record data;
  • Utilize company portal for time recording and policy acknowledgements;
  • Any other duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Must be able to speak and read in the English language;
  • Good communications skills;
  • Must be able to multi-task;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential material;
  • Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time;
  • Ability to bend, lift, twist and move freely;
  • Ability to periodically lift/move up to 50 pounds;
  • Must have reliable transportation.
