Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Inspector to join our team at BOT MANAGEMENT SERVICES LTD. As a Construction Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring that construction projects meet the required standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Examine plans, drawings, and site layouts to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
  • Inspect construction sites to ensure that safety protocols are being followed and that workers are protected from hazards.
  • Verify that electrical and plumbing installations meet government regulations.
  • Inspect sewer systems and pipelines to ensure they are functioning properly.
  • Identify and report any structural defects or fire hazards in existing buildings.
Requirements
  • College/CEGEP education.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in construction inspection or a related field.
  • Equivalent experience may be considered.
Working Conditions
  • Permanent position.
  • English language required.
  • 40 hours per week.
