DevOps Team Lead

Copperleaf is seeking a highly skilled DevOps Team Lead to join our team in Vancouver, Canada. As a key member of our DevOps team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our DevOps practices, ensuring the smooth operation of our infrastructure, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a consistent installation and deployment process to ensure a stable and reliable state for production systems
  • Collaborate with development and operations teams to produce solutions that support new features and enable increased development and deployment velocity through process and automation
  • Improve the reliability of our infrastructure through design, monitoring, and optimization
  • Coach, mentor, and develop teammates to help them excel and reach their full potential
  • Champion the adoption of an Agile and DevSecOps mindset
Requirements:
  • Proven experience driving organizational changes related to DevOps
  • Familiarity with all aspects of the software release cycle
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
