Job Description
  • We are seeking a highly motivated Training Programs Coordinator who will be responsible for coordinating all store running club programs. This includes motivating and encouraging participants, providing a safe atmosphere, and overseeing all Running Club programs.

This role requires strong communication skills, as you will be working closely with participants, coaches, and the Running Club Coordinator. You will also be responsible for recruiting and hiring coaches, implementing running programs, scheduling events, and securing training venues.

The ideal candidate will have 0-2 years of retail and/or training program experience, be detail-oriented, and able to multitask. They will also be outgoing, positive, and supportive, with a passion for creating a positive and safe atmosphere for participants.
