Job Title: Ramen Bar Server

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Ramen Bar Server to join our team at Jinya Ramen Bar. As a Ramen Bar Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving specialty food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Prepare and serve specialty food and beverages to customers
  • Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit, or debit cards
  • Describe menu items, including daily specials, to customers
  • Advise customers on menu selections and make recommendations
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs
  • Greet patrons, present menus, and answer questions regarding food and beverages
  • Serve food and beverages to customers
  • Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
  • Assist customers with special needs
  • Provide exceptional customer service

Requirements:

  • Experience in a food and beverage service environment is an asset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
