We are seeking a skilled and friendly Food and Beverage Server to join our team at Jinya Ramen Bar. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.
Responsibilities- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Prepare and serve specialty food and beverages to our guests.
- Present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding our food and beverage offerings.
- Take orders and relay them to our kitchen and bar staff.
- Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
- Assist guests with special needs and provide exceptional customer service.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude in a physically demanding environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and provide exceptional customer service.
