Job Title: Food and Beverage Server

We are seeking a friendly and attentive Food and Beverage Server to join our team at Jinya Ramen Bar. As a Food and Beverage Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking orders, and serving food and beverages to our guests.

Responsibilities:
  • Take orders and serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Upsell and promote menu items and special offers to increase sales and revenue.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Food and Beverage Server or in a related role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage preparation and presentation.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
