Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Inside Sales Associate to join our team in Parry Sound, ON. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for efficiently quoting new jobs, working closely with our outside sales and technical personnel to support customers and grow our knowledge base, and promoting Westburne as a leading automation solutions provider.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and submit accurate and timely quotes for new jobs
  • Work closely with our outside sales and technical personnel to support customers and grow our knowledge base
  • Promote Westburne as a leading automation solutions provider through excellent customer service and technical expertise
  • Explore new customer opportunities and build strong relationships with existing customers
  • Consistently ensure that our corporate image is reflected in all interactions with customers and stakeholders
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of inside sales experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively and build strong customer relationships
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Prior quotations experience in a similar industry
