  • Review and prepare files for mediations and discoveries
  • Prepare motion materials
  • Draft pleadings
  • Experience with trials and arbitrations
Requirements:
  • 3-7 years of experience in insurance defence litigation
  • Excellent organizational, drafting, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Statutory Accident Benefit schedule and LAT
  • Working knowledge of the Rules of Civil procedure
