Roofing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Roofing Specialist to join our team at Big Sky North Holdings Ltd. as a key member of our construction crew.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining various types of roofing systems, including built-up roofing, asphalt shingles, and single-ply roofing. This is a physically demanding role that requires the ability to work at heights, in various weather conditions, and with heavy loads.
Key Responsibilities:- Install and repair roofing systems, including built-up roofing, asphalt shingles, and single-ply roofing
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements
- Operate CADD and other computer software systems
- Erect and install scaffolding, falsework, and other working platforms
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in accordance with company policies and procedures
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in roofing or a related field
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Ability to lift heavy loads and work in a fast-paced environment
- Dependability, reliability, and strong team player skills
This is a physically demanding role that requires the ability to work at heights, in various weather conditions, and with heavy loads. The successful candidate must be able to lift up to 45 kg (100 lbs) and work in a fast-paced environment.
