Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Booster Juice. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Supervise and check assembly of trays
  • Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys
  • Establish work schedules

Requirements:

  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Permanent employment
  • English as the primary language of work
  • 35 to 40 hours of work per week
