Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Papa John's LLOYDMINSTER, AB.
Job Summary:The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports
- Supervise and check assembly of trays
- Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys
- Establish work schedules
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
- 3-4 people supervised
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
