Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Subway Lloydminster. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Supervise and check assembly of trays
  • Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys
  • Establish work schedules

Requirements:

  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
